Vote incentive is still the same. I meant to change it, but I'm having problems with the image I was going to use.

So, this is my first splash panel. I have absolutly no idea why I drew the two guards standing outside of the frame, but oh well.

And that's not a glaring inconsistancy in the way I draw the gun, it's just what it looks like from the other side.
